Please note : the longer the text the smaller the personalisation will be.
Please state if the name to be embroidered is to be a single colour or each letter is a different colour (please name your colours ie J = turquoise, U = yellow, D = pale blue, E = Green).

Personalisation
You are responsible for ensuring the personalisation you select for any product is correct at the time of purchase, if you make a mistake with selecting a design, colour or misspelling then please contact us immediately with the correct information.
If your product has already been made, dispatched or received and it is incorrect then Royal Darlings will not be held responsible and a refund / replacement will not be issued.
Product Care
All products should be washed according to the below guidance:
- Delicate wash
- Wash inside out
- 30 degrees
- Do not tumble-dry
Delivery & Returns
Personalised orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days.
Personalised items may not be returned unless the product is faulty.
