Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Personalised orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days. ​​

We offer 3 different shipping options for all UK packages:

Next Day Delivery - delivery expected the next working day after dispatch

First Class Delivery - delivery expected within 1-2 working days

Standard Delivery - delivery expected within 3-5 working days

During peak seasons & as a result of Covid-19, delivery delays may be expected. If you haven't received your order within 10 working days then please contact me.

Returns

To be eligible for a refund you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, your items must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping, unless the item was faulty.

Sale items are exchange only, and you will be responsible for the return shipping and the shipping of the exchange item

Personalised items may not be returned unless the product is faulty.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order then of course please let us know, we will do our very best to respond to any queries and agree the best way forward.​

Occasionally our orders can get damaged in transit, if this is the case please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
