You are responsible for ensuring the personalisation you select for any product is correct at the time of purchase, if you make a mistake with selecting a design, colour or misspelling then please contact us immediately with the correct information.

If your product has already been made, dispatched or received and it is incorrect then Royal Darlings will not be held responsible and a refund / replacement will not be issued. ​

All products should be washed according to the below guidance:
- Delicate wash
- Wash inside out
- 30 degrees
- Do not tumble-dry
